  As always, we have Satake soda glass available to buy, either by the rod or by the pound.

Satake Glass (the company in Japan, not the glass itself) raised prices on all glass by $4.00 per pound on 01/01/08. Since we had glass in stock at the old prices we stayed at the old structure for as long as we could, but even we shopmonkeys must admit reality now and again. Starting May 1, all lead glass has increased in price to reflect the rise in costs from Satake Glass.

However, soda glass will stay at the old price until we need to restock inventory! Huzzah!
